Welcome to PQYSA’s 2010 Fall Recreational League.
You are about to apply for PQYSA fall recreational soccer. Please follow the system prompts. Once you have completed the registration process, 2 copies of the registration form will print out automatically. Please sign and dates these forms and send them, along with your check payment and birth certificate copy of your child did not play with PQYSA last fall, to:

Application deadline is June 15, 2010. A $25 late fee will be added for any applications input after this date.
You will need to create a user ID and password. You can use this for changing information within the system, should you move or register another child within the league.
If you would like to coach a team, you will have the option to apply for that as well within the system.
